FAQs

When placing your order, you will be asked for the make and model of your motorcycle, and we will include everything needed for installation. The tablet itself is compatible with all vehicles; only the mount changes, depending on where you want to attach it.

Yes, without any problems. The tablet is compatible with any type of vehicle. For 4x4s or buggies, a generic accessory is included to mount it on the dashboard or the windshield.

It is quite simple. You only need to connect the tablet to the vehicle’s power outlet or, if you prefer and don’t want to complicate things, it can be connected to the cigarette lighter socket. The rest of the accessories, like relay outputs, OBD2, etc., obviously require more installation.

Yes! All the software is completely free, and only some extra features are paid, but they are not necessary if you don’t need them. The only paid feature is satellite communication, as it is a service charged by the connection provider, not by us.

We want the tablet to always work as it did on the first day, without slowing down or causing problems. Therefore, all typical Android services like updates or the Play Store are suppressed. However, applications can still be installed from the tablet’s configuration app.
